Technical design project

Technical project is basing on the approved by client drafted project. Preparation of construction design documents is second stage of the design project. It is a set of the following drawings, bills, and schedules necessary for construction works:

  1. Cover sheet (project name, information about a Client and a contractor);
  2. List of drawings included in the design project;
  3. Measurement drawing (plan of a premise with exact dimensions);
  4. Demolition plan (plan of demountable partitions);
  5. Mounting plan (plan of mountable partitions with dimensions shown);
  6. Construction drawing (plan of a premise with dimensions and demolition and mounting works);
  7. Furniture and equipment arrangement plan (plan of previously selected and arranged furniture with dimensions and location);
  8. Plan of functional room zoning (purpose of rooms, an evacuation plan);
  9. Floor plan (plan of flooring (tiles, parquet, etc.) selected by a designer and approved by a Client with borders and floor levels if necessary), floor structure sections with level indication, quantity of necessary materials;
  10. Floor plan-2 with electric floor connected to the switch;
  11. Ceiling plan with levels and dimensions;
  12. Plan of lighting with light types (spot, wall lamp, chandelier, etc.), their quantity and schedule;
  13. Plan of switches tied up to the switch groups;
  14. Plan of socket strips and power points with types and numbers;
  15. Door assembly schedule with door types, materials, numbers, and manufacturers;
  16. Wall elevation of the entrance with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location;
  17. Wall elevation of salon with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location;
  18. Wall elevation of bedroom with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location;
  19. Wall elevation of bedroom 2 with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location;
  20. Wall elevation of children's room with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location;
  21. Wall elevation of kitchen with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location;
  22. Wall elevation of wardrobe with wall finishing materials and their quantities, wall lamps and their location, additional drawing of the wardrobe if necessary;
  23. Kitchen furniture arrangement plan with selection of model, cost, and manufacturer;
  24. Tiling plan with tiles SKU, quantity, tiling recommendations;
  25. Plan of plumbing equipment with equipment selected, quantity and cost of sanitary fitments, and their connection to the network;
  26. Room schedule (summary table of quantity of construction works in all rooms, construction material short text and quantity);
  27. Equipment specification.

This list can be extend upon the Client's request. Extra drawings are additionally paid. Cost of drawing is negotiable when the addendum to the agreement signed. Together with technical drawings the designer submits to the Client the schedule of finishing materials specified by the designer in the approved project. In wall elevations, floor and ceiling plans it is showing which materials are will be use. Information on materials covers manufacturer, collection, SKU or material name, quantity, and other special requirements.
